Liberty Appoints Arvai to Board of Directors

Melbourne, Florida -- Liberty Aerospace, Inc., announced today the appointment of Mr. Ernest S. “Ernie” Arvai to its Board of Directors. Mr. Arvai, a recognized aviation industry expert will serve as an Independent Board Member. Mr. Arvai brings with him a vast range of aviation knowledge and experience gleaned throughout his career as CEO of the The Arvai Group, a company focused on strategic development of general aviation and other aviation industry participants.

Mr. Keith Markley, Liberty’s CEO, commented, “Liberty’s future has never looked brighter. The appointment of Mr. Arvai with his experience in international markets adds tremendous value to the team.”

Mr. Arvai holds an MSIA degree from the Tepper School at Carnegie-Mellon University and a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant, an instrument-rated pilot, has appeared on business-oriented radio and television programs as an industry expert and has been quoted in the Wall St. Journal, New York Times, Newsweek, USA Today and other leading publications. Mr. Arvai has also served as adjunct faculty and taught Strategic Management in the MBA program at Daniel Webster College.
