Liberty Names Markley as Chief Operating Officer

Melbourne, FL, USA (January 16, 2007) -- General aviation aircraft manufacturer Liberty Aerospace has recently appointed Keith Markley as Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for most of the firm’s domestic operations.

“Keith has a tremendous track record with both sales and production,” said Anthony Tiarks, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Aerospace. “His business leadership has resulted in strong financial growth at his previous firms and we feel confident that he will do the same here.” Tiarks added, “Not only is he a very successful businessman, but he is also an accomplished pilot and a genuine aviation enthusiast.”

Originally, Mr. Markley joined Liberty Aerospace in September of 2005 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to accepting the post at Liberty, Mr. Markley held executive positions in the communications industry with several leading high-technology companies, including President and COO of DSL.net, Group President of Covad Communications and VP- General Manager of Brooks Fiber Communications. Mr. Markley also served as an elected legislator, completing two terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He is a Commercial rated pilot with Multi-Engine, Instrument and CFII ratings.
