Liberty to Honor Symphony and Tiger Customer Deposits
Melbourne, FL, USA (January 25, 2007) – In light of recent industry news, general aviation aircraft manufacturer Liberty Aerospace has decided to honor customer deposits from recently bankrupt Symphony Aircraft Industries and Tiger Aircraft, L.L.C. for use in purchasing a new Liberty aircraft.
“The exit of these two companies is a tremendous loss to the aviation community,” commented Keith Markley, Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Aerospace. “Pilots and the rest of the industry have a strong history of working together and our wish is to keep the aviation community flying by delivering to those who still desire a new aircraft.”
Liberty Aerospace will honor unfulfilled customer deposits previously placed on new, undelivered Symphony or Tiger aircraft as deposit on a new Liberty XL2 aircraft, subject to program requirements. Customers should be willing to provide proof of their previous deposit, and enter into a binding purchase agreement. Liberty will honor up to a maximum of $10,000 towards the purchase price of an XL2 with no further funds being required until delivery. This opportunity is being offered for a limited time and is dependent on market response.
For full details, interested parties should contact Matt Tary, Program Manager for Liberty Aerospace at 321.308.9631 or sales@libertyaircraft.com.
