A semi-structured entity owned and operated by the individuals within each partnership, a Liberty Partners Group provides you and your partners with the basic infrastructure to quickly & easily create a long-lasting, sustainable, and practically workable aircraft partnership.

We start with a separate legal entity, typically a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), established in a location and format that meets the requirements of the group.

We then add a well-rounded Aircraft Partnership Agreement, providing the framework for a formal financial & operational relationship between the partners and the aircraft. The agreement also allows for new partners to join, and old partners to leave the group, as is typically required from time to time, without the entire Partnership collapsing. Groups usually consist of between two and six partners, but can also include club-like partnerships with 10 or more members.

Through it’s aviation associates, Liberty provides attractive insurance and financing options in order to round out the legal requirements of the LLC and the Partners Program.

Once all documents and funds are in place, the aircraft is purchased by the LLC and the Partners obtain the right to use of the aircraft from the LLC as per their Partnership Agreement, on a fair and cost-sharing basis.
